Innovative products, an efficient network and customer service directly on-site: We are the first regional mobile phone provider to connect people of all ages in South Tyrol. Our customers do not have to wait hopelessly on the phone, but are competently attended to the fullest extend. For our team, which is currently being set up, we are looking for active support with case processing, data maintenance, and in particular providing assistance and advice to our customers.

Call centre operators for our customer service department M/F (full-time):

As of March 2018 we are looking for: Call centre operators for our customer service department, no selling activities
You are a native speaker of German and perfectly bilingual, ideally also proficient in English, familiar with the basics of mobile communication, committed and motivated
You can expect a young, uncomplicated team, pleasant bosses, a modern workplace with perfect transport links to Sinigo/Merano and the challenge to conquer the market with a fantastic new product
